Refund and Returns Policy

We hope you are happy with your purchase! Are you not completely satisfied? You can exchange or return your order within 14 days. Please note! Always add a note with your order number and name to your return shipment.

How to return?

Please register your return by sending an email to info@braceletsforcharity.nl. Mention here: your name, the item(s) you want to return / exchange and the reason for return. Send the return shipment via PostNL (return costs are for your own account) to the address below:

RETURNS

The purchase amount (excluding shipping costs and donations) will be refunded within 5 working days after reception, provided that the article is not damaged or worn and is in its original packaging. Bracelets for charity has the right to refuse returned items when the conditions are not met.

If your item is damaged upon arrival you must notify us within 3 days of receipt. If it is determined to be a manufacturing defect, the product will be repaired or replaced at no charge. Please note that the warranty will be voided if a defect is caused by improper or careless use of the product.
